Once your cancellation request is processed, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be credited to you within 2-5 business days.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

- For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2-5 business days. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Alternatively, we offer refunds in the form of Vegan Fit Life vouchers, which can be used for future purchases.
Use of Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points:
Discount coupons and loyalty points (Vegan Fit Life Cash) are for one-time use only and will be considered used even if the order is canceled.
Return, Replacement, and Refunds:
How to Return an Order:
Vegan Fit Life offers a hassle-free return policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. If you receive a defective product, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. We also accept partial returns for items in your order. A full refund will be issued if the package is opened and returned within 5 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Step 2: Provide your order ID and request for a return, refund, or exchange. Please include a photo of the product showing the invoice and batch number for our records.

Conditions Where Returns May Be Refused:
Returns may not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If the product is returned without its original packaging, tags, freebies, or accessories, or if the packaging is damaged.
- If the product’s serial number has been tampered with.
- If the product has been altered.
- If the return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

If your request is approved, we will process a reverse pickup and provide an authorization number. If you are requesting a refund, it will be credited to your account within 2-5 days of processing. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund.
Returning a Complimentary Gift:
If your order included a complimentary gift, it must be returned along with the original product in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Partial Returns:
You can return individual items from a multiple-item order. However, each returned product must be in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact, along with any free gift or accessory included.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds for returns, replacements, or cancellations are processed within 2-5 days after we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse.
- Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2-5 days after we receive the returned items. The amount may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer once we receive the returned items and your bank details. The refund process will be completed within 2-5 days, with an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
All refunds are processed using the original payment method. It may take 8-9 days for the refund to appear on your account statement after the logistics partner returns your items.
